Before founding my company, I spent more than 17 years in the Office of Federal Investigations, our nation’s premier background investigations agency.
This agency provided employee screening and security services for the nuclear weapons industry. In that field, I worked closely with some of the largest aerospace and defense contractors (General Electric, Martin Marietta, Allied Signal, Rockwell, and others).
Throughout my career, including 11 years in management and more recently as a management consultant, I’ve provided consulting on many issues that increase profitability and productivity.

I got my B.A. in Psychology from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, and an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia. On top of being a professional speaker, I’m a professional writer who has coauthored a book, Real World Teambuilding Strategies That Work. My articles have appeared in many publications.
